The winter thermostat automatically switches on a defrost cord, heat ribbon or electric heater before it freezes. Using an external sensor (on a 3 m cable), it continuously measures the ambient temperature. As soon as the danger of frost has passed, you no longer have any power consumption.

Easy to use
You place the winter thermostat in the socket and plug the plug of the heating appliance into the socket of the winter thermostat. You can see from the light whether the heater is switched on or not.

Setting up the temperature yourself?
The winter thermostat switches on as soon as the temperature falls below +3°C. Only when the temperature has been above +5 °C for at least 1 hour does it turn off again. This delay time is necessary to protect against rapid and slow temperature fluctuations during a frost period. Tip: Choose the Temperature Switch-230V when you want to set both the ON and OFF temperatures yourself.
